The removal of wrecks and relics is about removing hazardous material for safe navigation and protection of marine environment.
Currently there are wrecks in all declared ports and the PNG Harbours Management Services is assisting the National Maritime Safety Authority to manage and dispose off these wrecks.
Below is a listing of the wrecks that have been inspected and reported.
